RapidPay Reminder: Don’t Throw it Away!
Rapid Pay Cards are how all Cow Creek Tribal members receive any and all Tribal distribution payments. All Tribal members age 18-years and older, with the exception of Elders (see * below for clarification), are required to sign up for a RapidPay Card in order to receive distributions. There are no paper checks.
RapidPay Cards make it easier to access your funds right away, eliminating the need to drive to the bank to cash a check. You can use your Rapid Pay Card wherever debit Visa or Mastercards are accepted, for online purchases and at in-network ATMS (https://rapidpaycard.com/paycard/atm-locator).
The Cow Creek Government requires one form per Tribal adult to be submitted. You may get the form here: https://cc.anvilnorthwesthosting3.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/rapid-pay-cards-letter-to-members-fillable.pdf
A valid mailing and physical address are both required to receive a RapidPay Card. Learn more about address changes with the Tribe here: https://cc.anvilnorthwesthosting3.com/tribal/tribal-services/tribal-member-address-change/
Once completed and signed, return your form to the Cow Creek Government Offices in person or by mail to:
2371 NE Stephens St. Suite 100
Roseburg, OR., 97470
*Elders are permitted to choose their method of payment, whether it be RapidPay card, direct deposit, or paper check.*
