Attention: The BRFSS Survey Is Not a Spam Call!

Certain phone services’ network settings can cause the call from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey (BRFSS) to display as “Spam Risk” rather than as “Cow Creek BRFSS.”

If you receive an unsolicited call before August 15, 2022, please answer and listen to see if it is the BRFSS team. If the caller does not introduce themselves as calling on behalf of the Cow Creek Tribe, then you can hang up.

The BRFSS team is working to rectify this issue, but it may take some time before Caller IDs display correctly.
