Need a Booster? Tribal-Only COVID Booster Options Available

In an effort to ensure Cow Creek Tribal members receive booster vaccines against COVID-19 quickly, Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center responding with several Tribal member-only clinic options in the coming days.

CCPH will utilize several new strategies to reach Tribal members and their families to get them their Moderna boosters:

CCPH will hold a Tribal-only drive-thru booster clinic following the General Council meeting (open to all Tribal members) on Sunday, November 14 at the South Clinic in Canyonville (480 Wartahoo Lane, behind the casino) COVID-19 trailer drive-thru testing site from 12PM to 2:00PM (no appointments necessary)
**CANCELLED**: CCPH will hold a Tribal-only drive-thru booster clinic on Saturday, November 20 at the South Clinic in Canyonville (480 Wartahoo Lane, behind the casino) COVID-19 trailer drive-thru testing site from 9:30AM to 2:30PM. Anyone wanting to receive a booster shot will be required to self-attest to their eligibility to receive a booster dose by signing a consent form.

All booster shots administered by Public Health do require an appointment. The number for the public to call to schedule a booster dose is (541)-677-5535. Your call will be returned within 60 minutes Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM or the next business day for weekend or after hours calls. Currently, all booster shots are being administered in the south parking lot of Seven Feathers Casino Resort in Canyonville, at the Cow Creek Public Health Mobile Unit drive-thru site. Public Health began calling everyone who received their primary doses (first and second Moderna shots) through CCPH last week in order to begin scheduling. In addition to calling Tribal members and Tribal family members, CCPH began calling Government Office employees, UIDC employees, and those who work at all other Tribal businesses.
