Know Your Healthcare with PRC 101 Classes

Purchased and Referred Care specialists for Cow Creek Health and Wellness will be holding regular “PRC 101” classes online for Cow Creek Tribal members who want to learn more about the program.

PRC is a healthcare benefit to Tribal members who live in the seven-county service area of Oregon (Douglas, Coos, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Deschutes, Lane Counties).  It assists with out-of-pocket costs for healthcare services that can’t be scheduled at Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center clinics, and after health insurance limits have been met.

For Tribal members to enroll in PRC, a yearly form is required to be filled out and submitted.

PRC specialists will be holding PRC 101 classes every six weeks. The following dates and times are scheduled for PRC 101 classes:
