Connect with Cow Creek Public Health during Summer Outreach Tour

Just like last summer, Cow Creek Public Health will be going on another road trip this summer, visiting Tribal members and communities across the Cow Creek seven-county service area.

The Cow Creek Public Health Summer Outreach Tour is scheduled to begin the week of Monday, August 22. It is an opportunity for Tribal members to connect with their Tribal healthcare providers, as well as learn more about how to keep themselves and their families healthy.

CCPH staff plans for each event to be fun, family-oriented and easily accessible. Events will be for any Tribal members looking for more information on overall health and wellness, those who may need assistance with OHP (Oregon Health Plan) and/or PRC (Purchased and Referred Care for Cow Creek Tribal members), or who want to learn more about Behavioral Health, Dietetics, and Public Health.

Everyone who attend an event will also be able to get a free goody bag.
